Description
KOF636 – Spring temper pinion wire for pinned pinions. Hard temper wire for pinned pinions. Grind groove in motor shaft. Bend wire into L. Slide wire through hole in pinion and through notch and then bend on other side. Align bends so that they are parallel to motor shaft and fit into grooves. Grind wire flush with the end of the pinion. Flux and solder. Pinion may be removed with gear puller.
